What better to warm up on a chilly evening than comforting cornbread. With this recipe we kick up boxed cornbread with cheddar cheese and our Jalapeno Mojo beef jerky!
Ingredients:
- 1 package Savage Jerky Jalapeno Mojo beef jerky (or any other variety), diced
- 1 box Jiffy brand corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º, insert 8" cast-iron skillet into oven while oven comes to temp. Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and allow to stand 5 minutes. Add mix to pre-heated skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
